I started my personal training journey 17 years ago in 2007 at Sports and Health where I dedicated myself to this new exciting profession and passion for five years. During these years I was renowned as the best achieving trainer for three consecutive years.
Having a background and experience in Nepali Special Forces Gurkha for several years, earning a black belt in Taekwondo, and serving in Afghanistan for American forces, my body went through numerous injuries. Although my strength was incomparable, my body was in pain. I had to go through a herniated disk surgery, which opened a new door of learning opportunities for me. My dedication to healing my own body led me to study in depth about the human body and rehab.
I am now a NASM Certified Elite Personal Trainer specializing in rehab/flexibility/mobility ,Weight Loss, Corrective Exercise, and Conditioning as well as an AFFA-certified Injury Prevention Specialist, NOVA-certified SEAM Massage and Stretch, and a Paul Chek Institute Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach.
With 17 years of experience and expertise working with thousands of people of all ages, body shapes, weight, physical limitations, and injuries, I have helped many discover their remarkable strength to heal. My proven holistic techniques increase the mind-body connection through better alignment, nutrition, stretching, cardio, and strength training to build muscle tone and strong bone.
